With over a decade of corporate experience across East Africas banking and financial services sector, Neeraj currently serves as General Manager - IT Governance (Audit, Risk, Compliance) at one of Kenyas leading Tier-2 banks, leading enterprise compliance frameworks, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 implementation, cybersecurity strategy, digital transformation, and SOC operations. He is a published contributor to Digital Banker Africa and a sought-after keynote speaker at regional fintech and banking conferences.

It is this rich professional journey, working alongside individuals at every level of the corporate ladder, that revealed to Neeraj a silent but widespread crisis: brilliant people trapped in careers that were never designed for them.
